Information on the Protection of Personal Data
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "Law"), the personal data you send us through the contact form on our website (for example name, surname, email address, phone number) will be processed only to contact you, to evaluate your request and to provide the necessary information.
Purpose
To respond to your contact requests and to provide information and support.
Legal Basis
Your explicit consent or the relevant processing conditions under Article 5 of the Law.
Transfer
Your personal data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
Retention Period
Your data will be kept for as long as necessary depending on the nature of your request, and afterwards deleted or anonymised.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to its processing.
Important Note
Without your explicit consent, your email address will not be used for advertising or marketing purposes and no commercial electronic messages will be sent. This point is also clearly emphasised in the decision of the Personal Data Protection Board dated 07/10/2022 and numbered 2022/1072.
